All Parts are thoroughly cleaned and inspected for any damage and to ensure proper tolerances.

3) Rewind & repairing of AC/DC Motors and Generators.

Our capabilities range from 110 to 7200 Volt motors and generators.

4) Rewinding and repairing of armatures, interpoles, DC Fields and coils.

All mechanical and electrical parts are properly cleaned, insulated and measured for wire size and proper dimensions.

5) Dynamic Balancing of rotors, impellers, armatures and turbines.

All balancing is conducted on our calibrated balancing machine which will provide you with a computer generated report.

6) All testing conducted with calibrated equipment

All of our electrical equipment and mechanical measuring tooling is calibrated to ensure accurate readings & measurements.

7) All work compliant with EASA & Mil Spec 009-15, 009-17 and 009-33.
